Diet "6 petals" - eat, drink, lose weight

Many women exhaust themselves with hunger and physical exertion, trying to at least slightly correct the figure. The 6-petal diet is an opportunity to eat cookies and meatballs, but not to gain weight, but, on the contrary, to lose weight.

The petal diet, developed by the Swedish nutritionist Anna Johansson, is the dream of every girl who wants to lose those extra pounds in the shortest possible time. The image of a diet invented by her - a flower consisting of 6 petals, allows ladies to lose weight effortlessly. Tearing off day after day on a paper petal, you can "tear off" extra pounds from yourself.

The essence of the diet

The Swedish diet of 6 petals has one feature - every day (and there are only 6 of them) a new product appears on the table, but apart from the allowed dishes, nothing else can be eaten on this day. The menu consists of alternating carbohydrates and proteins, so it can be safely attributed to a healthy and balanced diet.

Since you have to eat the same food all day, the body has to take energy from the stored subcutaneous fat. At the same time, he cannot get used to the daily change of food, which also does not give him the opportunity to store some fat in reserve.

The chamomile diet consists of cycles of 6 days, each of which contains a specific product - fish, vegetables, chicken, cereals, cottage cheese, fruits.

There are no exact restrictions in the system. Nutritionists only suggest following certain recommendations - eat vegetables and fruits in an amount not exceeding 1. 5 kg per day, cottage cheese, chicken and fish - about ½ kg, cereals - a maximum of 300 g.

Products scheduled by day cannot be interchanged. The mono-diet menu must be followed unquestioningly.

The main criteria for complying with the diet nutrition system:

  • One product for one day.
  • Liquid intake during meals is prohibited. You can drink juices, tea, herbal infusions and water between meals.
  • It is not recommended to eat pastries, sweets, add spices to food.
  • You need to eat in small portions, but often.
  • Food must be chewed thoroughly.

Anna Johansson's diet involves drawing up a balanced menu for every day. In order to competently carry out the process, you need to know which products should and can be present in the diet, and which ones are not.

Circles

In the diet, each cycle of 6 days is called a circle. A Swedish nutritionist recommends a course of no more than 4 circles. It is necessary to determine the duration of stay on a diet, based on well-being and physical health in general.

How long can you stay on a diet?

Diet repetition frequency is one of the most popular questions. The creator of the diet recommends doing 2 cycles, the duration of which is 2 weeks. Every seventh day, you can eat any of the recommended options:

  • Make a fasting day, during which you can drink only non-carbonated mineral water.
  • Eat as before the diet, removing only all "harmful" foods from the diet.

How much weight can you lose?

If you follow all the rules of the diet, you can say goodbye to a fairly large number of kilograms. On average, a woman can lose about 500–800 g per day.

It is important to understand that the first couple of days the weight may not go away. The results will be noticeable in the middle of the cycle, when the scale arrow immediately drops by 2 or more kilograms.

Getting out of the diet

With any weight loss system, it is important to complete the process correctly. The exit from the 6-petal diet should be smooth. To do this, you need to gradually add others to the permitted products, expanding the diet and increasing the calorie content of dishes.

If during the circle it was comfortable to eat only healthy food, then you should not give up such a correct habit and start eating fast food. The less fat, smoked meats and other prohibited ingredients in the diet, the longer the result will last, and possibly improve.

Contraindications

Despite all the advantages of the 6-petal diet, it also has some contraindications. These include:

  • kidney problems;
  • diseases of the cardiovascular system in severe form;
  • liver pathology;
  • diabetes;
  • stomach ulcer;
  • period of lactation and childbearing.

In each case, it is worth consulting with your doctor about the possibility of a diet. Six petals - a system that does not provide for a complete rejection of food. Therefore, even with the above problems, the specialist may allow it to be carried out if the need for weight loss is a priority.

You can get rid of excess weight in a short period of time. But if you do not follow a healthy lifestyle in the future, then the lost kilograms will quickly return.
